May 24, 2021 · When I am trying to obtain points from daily Microsoft searches, my pc searches and mobile searches are not working. However, the Microsoft edge search points are working. When I search on my Xbox however the PC searches work on that. Please could you provide a solution to fix this issue. Thanks.

Nov 26, 2022 · After you open Dev Tools in Edge view you click on the mobile emulator on the top right: Leave Dev Tools open. You should have a right pane. I make mine smaller. Once you do that your cursor will change to a black dot (simulating a finger tip I suppose). Has to be a search you never used before. And I have my points. CTRL+SHIFT+I then click toggle device emulation. Getting mobile points on desktop just worked for me. And CTRL+SHIFT+M toggles mobile emulation. So you want CTRL+SHIFT+I (or F12) to turn on developer mode, followed by CTRL+SHIFT+M to turn on mobile.
