I liked some suggestions as refill with kuva , thrall kills, etc. If you don't like other ones, that's pretty fair solution as well. Let them weekly refresh similarly to maroo and clem missions, after all the efforts to get them, dissolving them for a little endo feels really bad.

They are still almost 2x slower though. The main problem is that they just spawn way less and get angry slower. And in some sitsuations liches can be faster than sister. But those are rare.
