In summary, I've tried: 1) restarting the Receiver. 2) Resetting Defaults. 3) Power cycling the DVR. None of these have brought any sort of caption to the forefront when selecting the CC options in the menu bar. As mentioned, I've always had this working in the past before the big update. -Scott.
