Cz 457 vs bergara b14r.
I have two CZ 452s (.17 HMR & .22 Mag), a CZ 455 (.22), a Tikka T1x (.17 HMR) and a Sako Quad Hunter (.22 & .17M2). All are threaded and shot suppressed except for the CZ varmint in .17 HMR. Of these rifles, the Quad with the .22 barrel is my favorite, by far. Is a half inch rifle (@50) with Eley SVHP and is a squirrels nightmare.

As I recall, the price was $255. The Bergara is my primary match rifle for our "Cheap Ammo" matches each Thursday. I only change my setting if a new lot of SK Pistol ...But a cz and bergara will be more consistent and easier to shoot in my opinion. Nature of the beast. For a cheaper 700 foot print practice tool short of Vudoo Bergara. But accuracy wise they all shoot about the same minus the Vudoo. I do find the bergara to be easy to shoot well followed my cz or tikka and then the kidd.I have tested Bergara as well, and i have also CZ 457 Long Range Precision. But i must say that i like Bergara more than CZ. Stock is better. Trigger is better. It is more accurate than CZ. And more like a real rifle than rimfire, if that is what you are looking for. The CZ 457 LRP 20" barrel, was €1180. The most expensive of the CZ 457 range. But a mans got'a have wot a mans got's have.. Of the 3 the cz 457 has the better magazines. I would buy a Tikka t1x before a cz, but I bought the Bergara B14r before either of those. Really depends on what your wanting to do, but the tikka is extremely accurate. Cz 457s are also very accurate, the Bergara is also incredibly accurate.

30 MOA isn't always a pro depending how far you wanna shoot out. I upgraded from a Ruger American Rimfire to the BMR (No local CZ 457's in stock). The trigger is definitely better and it looks nice. However, the bolt is much smoother in the RAR and it does a better job ejecting spent cases. 2.Sell it. I love my Bergara B14R and BMR...the BMR is nearly as accurate as the B14R with Lapua Center-X.
