They say it has a Bergara barrel, but I think the Optima has one also, just not advertised to get customers to pay out more $$$. Buffalo Arms sells these nipples, both the same length, for either a #11 percussion cap, or a 4-wing musket cap. I would then have a pair each, of CVA, QRBP, #11 cap, breech plugs (#3), and CVA, QRBP, musket cap, breech plugs (#4). These would be back-up plugs if 209 primers were unavailable. I did not see any indication of V1 or V2 or Bergara barrel marks. Although when I talked to a CVA Technician about my Optima he stated it had a Bergara barrel. Also my rifle has a fantastic trigger.

Same set up, 90 grs blackhorn with 250gr bullet and that black harvester crushed rib sabot produces almost 5 holes touching at 100 yards.
