1 post · Joined 2019. #1 · Mar 28, 2019. I have a 2017 Pacifica. The other morning it would not start. All lights, AC, radio came on but nothing happened when start button pushed. Was able to jump it and drive to dealer. Dealer said it was the "2nd battery", which controls the stop/start system. They replace this battery and I drove home.

The rear blind spot detectors (~size = deck of cards) do not require complete removal of the bumper cap - but you do need to pop/release the cap from the sides just behind the wheel. To get to the parking sensors (~size = button) I'd guess the bumper cap does need to come completely off.
