To start, I obtained some of the amiibo dump bins from a friend. Writing these to a real reprogrammable tag is easy, just requiring Android software to re-encrypt the data to the new tag's (fixed) UID using keys that were pulled with James' work. I, however, had a Proxmark and no NTAG215 tags, which unsurprisingly all seem to be sold out. Weird!

You could probably rework it to work with other tags relatively easily, but the only tag supported out-of-the-box is NTAG215. Yeah, it’s quite easy to use the TagMo android app to write the actual NFC tags.
