To auto craft in AE2 you have to use molecular assemblers. The CPU's itself doesn't craft they are used to store the information what to craft. Put the pattern into the me interface if it isn't already. Place your molecular assembler adjacent to the me interface. It should work.
Just conduits/fluxducts. You hook it up directly to power. There isn't a power bar, you cant tell without waila. Without a power acceptor, hook each up individually.
