It's normal! My doc said some women walk around 3 and 4 cm dilated for weeks with no issues. Don't panic! Your body is just doing its thing <3. I was 3cm from 36 weeks to 39+6 when I scheduled an elective induction. It is nice because if you do an induction, you shouldn't need cervical ripening (at least I didn't).
